What is Property Toolbox MGMT?
A mobile app that documents a property room by room, attaches your photos, and generates a professional, branded report as a PDF.
How do I get started?
Download the app, create an account, and add your first property. You can be generating your first report minutes later.
What details can I record for a property?
Name, address, description, bedrooms, bathrooms, year built, and square footage. You can manage as many properties as you need.
How do rooms work?
Build the property room by room from a full menu of room types, give any room a custom label, rate its condition from Excellent to Critical, and add optional notes.
Do I have to take photos inside the app?
No. Take photos directly in the app or select them from your phone's gallery, whichever fits how you work.
How do I generate a report?
From the property screen, tap Generate, choose the report type and subtype, and the app assembles the report for you. Progress shows right on the property screen.
Are there free reports?
Yes. Your first three reports are on us, no payment required, so you can try the full flow on a real property before spending anything.
Where do finished reports live?
In the Property Reports section of each property. Preview any report inside the app, then share the PDF anywhere from your device's share sheet.
